What sets us apart from all our competitors is that we own the 61,776 acres of farmland where we produce our premium, grassfed, non-GMO milk. The milk is processed in our butter factory and then in our ghee factory or, in the case of the dulce de leche directly sent to our dulce de leche factory.

Our factory is FDA compliant, and these are some of the certifications we currently hold:
HACCP
HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement, and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system(QMS). Organizations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Gluten Free Certified
We have followed stringent steps to prevent gluten cross-contamination and that the food has been independently tested by a third-party for the presence of gluten.
Non GMO Products
Non-GMO means a product was produced without genetic engineering and its ingredients are not derived from GMO.
USDA Organic Jams
Our products can be called organic because it's certified to have grown on soil that had no prohibited substances applied for three years prior to harvest. Prohibited substances include most synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.
Kosher
Kosher (the English word “kosher” is derived from the Hebrew root “kashér,” which means to be pure, proper, or suitable for consumption.
SMETA
It is the most widely used social audit in the world. SMETA is Sedex's social auditing methodology, enabling businesses to assess their sites and suppliers to understand working conditions in their supply chain.
